Shoplifter at Lowes 10/29/21

Introduction

The Keizer Police Department said a video of the suspects was taken during the shoplifting incident at Lowe’s on 10/29/21. A Lowe’s representative did not immediately respond to an inquiry about the incident. Keizer police Lieutenant Trevor Wenning confirmed the incident and said the suspects were on video. He did not immediately release the video, however. If you’d like to learn more about the incident, read the article below.

Kingston robbery

A plainclothes Kingston police officer almost ran over a suspected shoplifter after he spotted the robbery in progress. The officer drew his gun and attempted to stop the suspect from fleeing the scene. During the arrest, the suspect threatened the officer with a weapon and sped away, crashing into an uninvolved vehicle. Fortunately, the suspect was not injured during the collision.

Police said they have video of the suspects. The suspects are both black. The male suspect is about five feet eleven inches tall and weighs 235 pounds. His right arm was missing. The female suspect has a medium build, black hair and is about 150 pounds. Police believe the male and female suspects are involved in other similar shoplifting incidents across the state. While the suspects are still being searched, 7NEWS will continue to report updates to this story.

Shoplifter at lowes 10/29/21

A shoplifter at Lowes on 10/29/21 ripped a DeWalt chop saw. It was a prized possession of Richard’s. It had been on his wish list for years. A security guard, armed with a gun, approached him to stop him, but the man did not fire his weapon. It would be quicker to shoot a man protecting a store or a building, but he chose not to.

The suspect, who was later identified as Trey Allen Young, was booked into Montgomery County Jail. He was charged with multiple theft warrants. In September, he walked out with a $229 Husqvarna blower and a $149 Craftsman Trimmer. He then went to Lowes in November and walked out with $99 worth of merchandise. Young was charged with three counts of shoplifting/theft merchandise. He has a record of stealing from various retail outlets.

The incident has been documented by a video taken by a lowes employee, Andrew Sullivan. He says the thieves made off with electrical wire worth thousands of dollars. In the video, he can see two men taking shopping carts out of the store and unloading the wires. The men also told Andrew Sullivan to contact the police, but the Keizer police officer didn’t report the theft until the next day. That’s because many jails don’t take theft suspects.

Police in Elizabethton are looking for the unknown male suspect responsible for a series of thefts at a Lowe’s store in Lewes, Delaware. The suspect stole a 6-piece DeWalt power tool set twice. He was spotted in the store twice: on June 30th and again on July 2nd. In the earlier case, police named two suspects. The two suspects shoplifted from Lowe’s on June 11 and on June 1 at 9:30 pm.

Lowe's Reward Shoplifter With $10 Million Lawsuit

A San Francisco Lowes store rewarded a shoplifter with a 10 million dollar lawsuit. The lawsuit was won by Young and his family, which also included pain & suffering, mental anguish, and a pistol whip. Young’s case demonstrates the value of being able to fight back against these actions. Read this article to find out why a lawsuit may be your best option for justice.

Trey Allen Young was arrested for shoplifting from a San Francisco Lowes

In a recent court case, the California Department of Justice (CDJ) ruled that the arrest of a 21-year-old man for shoplifting from a San Francisco lowes is justifiable. The arrest is the result of a sting operation and involves the confiscation of goods valued at $600.

Suit awarded 10 million dollars

A federal jury awarded a shoplifter $10 million in a lawsuit on Tuesday. An employee at Lowe’s named Karen Sizemore snapped when she saw a man shoplifting tools from the back of his car. Sizemore then reached into the back seat and grabbed a $600 tool kit. This led to the arrest of the thief. She was dubbed “Karen Sizemore” by other employees at the store.

Despite Walmart’s efforts to avoid a lawsuit, the store failed to produce video evidence of the incident. The store also did not want the truth to be exposed, so they never produced it. However, in the lawsuit, Walmart sided with Nurse and awarded her $2.1 million in punitive damages. This was the largest verdict ever awarded in a lawsuit involving a shoplifter at lowes 10/29/21.
